Our Team
Taylor Boileau
Founder
Taylor is the co-founder of The Blueprint for Change. Her construction journey began with a degree in Civil Engineering which eventually led her to the role of superintendent for a national general contractor.
There, she discovered her passion for improving jobsite culture through toolbox talks, creating support groups, and everyday conversations.
Now, Taylor dedicates her time to transforming the industry she loves, managing The Blueprint for Change podcast, presenting at national conferences, and driving meaningful change one conversation at a time.
Hector Lebron
Founder
Hector is an assistant superintendent for a national general contractor. His construction journey began out of necessity, starting as a scaffold builder, then advancing to a pipe fitter, and eventually becoming an ironworker.
After facing layoffs, Hector joined a staffing company and later secured a position with a local plumbing company in Florida. There, he gained the confidence to advance to assistant superintendent.
Hector now spends his days striving to be the person on site that he always wished he had.

The Blueprint for Change emerged from firsthand experiences on construction sites, where the need for a cultural shift was evident. Recognizing the challenges and witnessing the potential for improvement, our founders embarked on a mission to foster environments where safety, inclusion, respect, authenticity, and continuous improvement are paramount. Through our podcast, training sessions, and daily interactions, we strive to transform the construction industry, ensuring that every individual feels valued and supported.
