I’ve worked in the construction industry since 2016, leading projects ranging from $4 million to $500 million for general contractors. Throughout my career, I’ve seen firsthand how jobsite culture directly impacts safety, quality, and project success. For the past five years, I’ve shared these insights at national conferences and through hands-on workshops, helping leaders and teams build stronger, more people-centered jobsites.

  1. Have two crews of 5-10 people.
  2. Each individual crew must work together for the duration of the program.
